Honey Butter Garlic Chicken Tenders (Print-Friendly Version)

Tender chicken tenders coated in honey butter garlic, air fried until golden and crispy.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Chicken

01 - 1 lb chicken tenders

→ Sauce

02 - ¼ cup honey
03 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 tsp paprika
06 - 1 tsp salt
07 - ½ tsp black pepper

→ Coating

08 - 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
09 - Cooking spray

# How to Make It:

01 - In a bowl, combine honey, melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until homogeneous.
02 - Add chicken tenders to the sauce mixture and toss to ensure each piece is evenly coated.
03 - Spread breadcrumbs on a separate plate. Dredge each coated tender in the breadcrumbs, ensuring full coverage.
04 - Set the air fryer temperature to 380°F, and lightly spray the basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
05 - Arrange breaded tenders in a single layer inside the air fryer basket without overlapping. Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F) and tenders are golden brown.
06 - Remove tenders from the air fryer and allow them to rest for a few minutes before serving.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For enhanced crispiness, double bread the tenders by dipping them again in the honey garlic mixture followed by an additional breadcrumb coating.
