Avocado Mango Salad (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ For the Dressing

01 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
02 - 2 tablespoons lime juice
03 - 2 teaspoons honey
04 - ½ teaspoon cumin
05 - ¼ teaspoon chili powder
06 - ¼ teaspoon salt
07 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper

→ For the Salad

08 - 2 ripe mangoes, chopped
09 - 2 ripe avocados, chopped
10 - 2 tablespoons red onion, finely diced
11 - 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large serving bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, honey, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper until well combined and emulsified.
02 - Add the chopped mango, avocado, diced red onion and fresh cilantro to the bowl with the dressing and gently toss to combine evenly. Serve immediately.
