In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey. Mix well until smooth and fully integrated.

Divide the Bang Bang sauce into two equal portions. Reserve one portion for serving. Toss the seasoned salmon bites in the remaining sauce until evenly coated.

Working in batches, place the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd. Air fry for 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 60-63°C (140-145°F).

Transfer the cooked salmon bites to a serving plate. Drizzle with the reserved bang bang sauce and garnish with freshly chopped chives.
