08 - 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
09 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
10 - 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
11 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
12 - ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
13 - ½ cup beef broth
14 - 1 teaspoon cornstarch

→ For the Stir-Fry

15 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or avocado oil
16 - 4 cups broccoli florets
17 - ½ small onion, sliced
18 - 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
19 - 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

# How to Make It:

01 - Thinly slice the flank steak or sirloin against the grain to ensure tenderness. In a medium bowl, combine the sliced beef with 2 tablespoons soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly, then marinate for at least 10 minutes while preparing other ingredients.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, grated ginger, minced garlic, red pepper flakes (if using), beef broth, and cornstarch until well combined.
03 - Set Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat and preheat for a few minutes. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over the surface to prevent sticking.
04 - Add broccoli florets and sliced onions to the griddle. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, tossing occasionally, until broccoli is bright green and slightly tender but still crisp. Move the vegetables to the side of the griddle.
05 - Add another tablespoon of oil to the center of the griddle. Spread the marinated beef out in a single layer and sear for about 2 minutes without disturbing. Flip the beef and cook for another 1-2 minutes until caramelized and browned.
06 - Pour the prepared sauce over the beef and broccoli. Toss everything together, allowing the sauce to coat all ingredients evenly. Let the sauce bubble and thicken for 1-2 minutes.
07 - Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve hot over steamed jasmine rice, fried rice, or noodles.

# Handy Tips:

01 - Slicing beef against the grain ensures tenderness in the final dish.
02 - The sauce will thicken slightly when cooked, creating a rich, glossy coating for the beef and broccoli.
