Buffalo Chicken Flatbread (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 flatbreads (14.5 ounce equivalent)
02 - 2 teaspoons light olive oil
03 - 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce, plus more for serving
04 - 1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken (approximately 340g)
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 1/3 cup blue cheese dressing
07 - 1/3 cup sliced green onions (3 green onions)

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
02 - Place flatbreads on a parchment paper lined sheet pan and brush the edges lightly with olive oil.
03 - Bake the flatbreads for 5 minutes until warmed and just starting to crisp.
04 - Remove from the oven and spread the buffalo sauce evenly over both flatbreads. Sprinkle diced chicken and mozzarella cheese on top. Drizzle the blue cheese dressing over everything.
05 - Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are slightly browned. For extra browning on top, place under the broiler on high for the last 1-2 minutes.
06 - Remove from oven. Garnish with sliced green onions and additional buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing if desired.
