03 - 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
04 - 1/2 cup whole milk
05 - 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, green beans)
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Topping

10 - 1 can (16 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into quarters
11 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella
12 - 1 tablespoon melted butter, optional, for brushing

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, condensed cream of chicken soup, sour cream or Greek yogurt, milk, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is creamy and uniform.
03 - Fold in the quartered biscuit dough into the chicken and vegetable mixture until all pieces are evenly coated.
04 - Transfer the prepared mixture to the greased baking dish. Spread it evenly and sprinkle shredded cheese over the surface.
05 - Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
06 - Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until the biscuits are puffed, golden brown, and cooked through.
07 - Brush the top with melted butter if desired. Allow the casserole to cool slightly before portioning and serving.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For a lighter option, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream and use reduced-fat cheese.
02 - Rotisserie chicken provides excellent flavor and saves preparation time.
