Grate the cheese, chop the lettuce, and dice the tomatoes. Arrange all ingredients for easy assembly.

Top a large flour tortilla with 1/2 cup of cheese, 1/2 cup of chicken strips, 1 Tbsp of chipotle sauce, 1 Tbsp ranch dressing, 1/2 cup lettuce, 2 Tbsp diced tomatoes, and 1/3 cup tortilla strips.

Tuck in the sides of the tortilla and roll up tightly into a burrito shape.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the burrito seam-side down. Grill on all sides until golden and crispy.
