Classic Waldorf Salad (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 cups diced tart apples (approximately 2 medium apples)
02 - 1 tablespoon sugar
03 - 2 teaspoons lemon juice
04 - 1 cup diced celery
05 - 1 cup grapes, halved
06 - ½ cup toasted walnuts or pecans, roughly chopped
07 - ½ cup whipping cream
08 - ¼ cup mayonnaise
09 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt

# How to Make It:

01 - Add the diced apples to a large mixing bowl and sprinkle with the sugar and lemon juice. Toss to coat.
02 - Add the celery, grapes, and nuts to the apple mixture.
03 - In another bowl, whip the whipping cream until peaks form, then gently fold in the mayonnaise.
04 - Fold the cream-mayonnaise mixture into the apple mixture and season with the kosher salt. Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
