In a mixing bowl, add the condensed milk and softened butter. Use a hand mixer to beat them well until you achieve a light consistency and pale yellow color.

Cover the bowl with clingfilm and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to firm up the dough.

Use your hands to shape walnut-sized balls from the chilled dough.

Arrange the cookie balls onto 2 trays lined with non-stick paper.

Use a fork to slightly flatten each cookie.

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
