Stir cooked meats, thawed hash browns, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese into the egg mixture until evenly incorporated.

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Top with remaining 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
