# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
02 - 16 oz nonfat 0% Greek yogurt (Fage)
03 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
04 - 2 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
05 - 1/2 tsp dried dill
06 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
07 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
08 - 1 cup (112g) shredded cheddar cheese
09 - 344g frozen tater tots (4 servings)
10 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Toppings

11 - 4 pieces bacon, cooked and chopped
12 - 2 green onions, chopped

# How to Make It:

01 - Cover the chicken with water in a pot and bring to a boil. Cook at medium-high heat for approximately 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Shred with forks.
02 - While the chicken boils, preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
03 - In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly to combine.
04 - Add the shredded chicken to the mixture and combine well. Fold in the frozen tater tots, optionally reserving some to place on top for extra crispiness.
05 - Bake in the oven for 50 minutes until the casserole is hot and bubbling. If you placed tater tots on top, ensure they're golden brown.
06 - While the casserole bakes, cook and crumble the bacon. Remove the casserole from the oven and top with crumbled bacon and chopped green onions before serving.

# Handy Tips:

01 - Use rotisserie chicken to make this recipe even easier.
02 - For a creamier casserole, substitute with full-fat Greek yogurt.
