01 - 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

# How to Make It:

01 - Place chicken breasts in the base of the crock pot. Season evenly with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to thoroughly coat the chicken.
02 - Layer sliced red and yellow bell peppers over the seasoned chicken. Distribute cubed cream cheese evenly on top.
03 - Pour chicken broth and heavy cream over the contents in the crock pot.
04 - Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
05 - Approximately 30 minutes before serving, cook penne pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain well.
06 - Remove chicken breasts from the crock pot. Using two forks, shred chicken into bite-sized pieces.
07 - Return shredded chicken to the crock pot, add cooked penne pasta and shredded Parmesan cheese. Stir to combine until the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy.
08 - Allow the mixture to warm through on the keep-warm setting for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
