11 - 450g boneless, skinless chicken breast
12 - 1 yellow onion, diced
13 - 225g penne pasta
14 - 425g fire roasted diced tomatoes
15 - 470ml chicken broth
16 - 60g cream cheese
17 - 3 green onions, sliced

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine smoked paprika, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, black pepper, and salt in a small bowl.
02 - Cut chicken into small cubes and thoroughly coat with the Cajun seasoning mixture.
03 - Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken and cook until lightly browned on all sides.
04 - Add diced onion to the skillet. Sauté until onions begin to soften, about 2 minutes.
05 - Add pasta, tomatoes with their juices, and chicken broth to the skillet. Stir to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
