Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.

In a bowl, combine BBQ sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. Stir until smooth.

Pour the sauce over the chicken and toss until well coated. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours (recommended 3.5 hours) or on low for 6-7 hours.

Shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker using two forks, then stir to coat with sauce. Season with salt and pepper if needed before serving.
