Add cubed steak, potatoes, and chopped onion evenly to the prepared slow cooker.

In a separate bowl, mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Sprinkle the seasoning blend over the contents in the slow cooker.

Add minced garlic, heavy cream, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese to the slow cooker. Stir thoroughly to ensure even distribution of ingredients.

Cover with the lid and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours until potatoes are tender and steak is cooked through.

About 30 minutes before the end of cooking, sprinkle the remaining cheese and crumbled bacon over the top. Cover and cook until the cheese fully melts.

Once finished, top with chopped green onions and serve hot.
