# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Brownie Base

01 - 2 boxes (each 500g) of brownie mix or equivalent homemade double batch

→ Frosting and Decorations

02 - 3 jars (each 450g) of white frosting
03 - Edible gel food coloring (red and green), natural dye preferred
04 - Edible gold star sprinkles
05 - White pearl sprinkles

→ Tools

06 - Icing bags
07 - Large star frosting tip (size 1M)
08 - Spray oil for pan

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven according to the brownie mix package instructions and generously spray a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray.
02 - Combine two boxes of brownie mix and pour the batter into the prepared springform pan. Bake following package recommendations or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
03 - Allow the brownies to cool completely before removing them from the pan. Transfer to a cutting board and slice into 8 equal triangular pieces.
04 - In separate small bowls, tint portions of white frosting with red and green edible gel food coloring to desired shades.
05 - Place the red, green, and remaining white frosting into individual piping bags fitted with large star 1M tips.
06 - Pipe green frosting and add white pearl sprinkles and edible gold stars to resemble Christmas trees on some brownies. Use combinations of green and white frosting to decorate others as Santa Claus hats.
07 - Present decorated brownies on a festive platter and enjoy.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Using a double batch results in thicker brownies but may require extended bake time. Adjust baking duration according to thickness and a toothpick test.
02 - Color intensity depends on the amount of gel coloring added; add gradually for preferred shades.
