Garlic Butter Turkey Cauliflower Skillet (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 lb ground turkey
02 - 1 head cauliflower, chopped into small florets
03 - 4 tbsp unsalted butter
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced

→ Seasonings

05 - 1 tsp onion powder
06 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
07 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ Optional Ingredients

08 - ¼ cup chicken broth
09 - Fresh parsley, for garnish
10 - Grated Parmesan

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cauliflower florets and sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender and lightly browned. Remove the cauliflower from the skillet and set it aside.
02 - In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add ground turkey, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Stir in minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes to combine the flavors.
03 - Add the sautéed cauliflower back to the skillet. If the mixture seems dry, stir in the chicken broth. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
04 - Garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan, if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!

# Handy Tips:

01 - For extra flavor, use homemade chicken broth or add a splash of lemon juice before serving.
02 - If you prefer a more savory dish, add extra garlic or smoked paprika for more depth.
03 - The chicken broth is optional but will add a nice layer of moisture and flavor, especially if the turkey mixture seems a little dry.
