Heat oven to 260°C (500°F). Place a pizza stone in the cold oven to preheat thoroughly.

Finely mince 2 cloves of garlic and thinly slice the remaining 3 cloves. Cut cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Stretch or roll dough into a thin circle on parchment paper or a silicone baking mat, creating slightly thicker edges for the crust.

Combine ricotta and minced garlic in a small bowl. Dollop the mixture over the crust and spread roughly. Complete coverage isn't necessary.

Sprinkle half of the parmesan and mozzarella over the ricotta layer. Distribute chicken pieces and sliced garlic evenly, then add remaining cheeses. Place basil leaves on top.

Carefully remove the hot pizza stone from oven and slide the parchment or mat with pizza onto the stone. Bake for 8-10 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.

Remove from oven, slice into wedges and serve immediately.
