Hawaiian Cream Cheese Cinnamon Rolls (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ For the Rolls

01 - 1 package (12 count) King's Hawaiian original sweet rolls
02 - 6 tablespoons salted butter, melted
03 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
04 - 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

→ For the Cream Cheese Filling

05 - 225g cream cheese, softened
06 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
07 - 1 large egg

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a 23x33cm (9x13-inch) baking dish.
02 - Place the King's Hawaiian rolls in the prepared dish. Carefully cut a small square in the top of each roll and gently remove some of the bread to create a cavity, ensuring not to cut through the bottom of the rolls.
03 - In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated. Brush this mixture generously over the tops and inside of each roll.
04 - In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth. Add the granulated sugar and egg, mixing until creamy and well-blended.
05 - Carefully fill each hollowed roll with a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture.
06 - Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden and the cream cheese filling is set.
07 - Allow the rolls to cool slightly before slicing into individual portions. Serve warm for the best experience.

# Handy Tips:

01 - These rolls pair wonderfully with fresh berries. Try adding a slice of fresh strawberry or some blueberries on top of the cream cheese mixture before baking.
02 - Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
