Healthy Banana Almond Loaf (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Banana Bread Base

01 - 3 medium-large very ripe bananas (1 cup mashed)
02 - 3 large eggs
03 - 1/4 cup sweetener (maple syrup recommended)
04 - 1/4 cup mild oil or melted butter
05 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

→ Dry Ingredients

06 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
07 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
08 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
09 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
10 - 3 cups almond flour (not almond meal)
11 - Cooking spray for pan

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a 23x13 cm (9x5 inch) metal loaf pan with parchment paper or spray bottom and lower sides with cooking spray.
02 - Mash bananas thoroughly in a large mixing bowl. Whisk in eggs, sweetener, oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
03 - Gently fold in the almond flour using a spatula until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
04 - Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
05 - Allow bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
