Honey Garlic Butter Roasted Carrots (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 pounds large carrots, peeled and cut into 2 inch pieces
02 - 1/2 cup butter
03 - 3 tablespoons honey
04 - 2 garlic cloves, chopped
05 - salt and pepper, to taste
06 - parsley, chopped for garnish

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
02 - In a medium saucepan add the butter and cook over medium-high heat. Continue to whisk for a few minutes until the butter starts to become frothy and brown.
03 - Once the butter is browned, add the honey and garlic and remove from heat.
04 - Peel the large carrots and cut them up into 2-inch pieces. In a large bowl add the carrots and drizzle the sauce on top. Toss until evenly coated and spread onto a large baking sheet in a single layer. Season with salt and pepper.
05 - Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes to brown the carrots until they are tender and roasted.
06 - Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
