01 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise

02 - 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
03 - 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
04 - 1/3 cup banana peppers, sliced
05 - 1 medium tomato, sliced

06 - 3 sub rolls

→ Meats

07 - 1/4 pound salami
08 - 1/4 pound pepperoni
09 - 1/4 pound sliced turkey

→ Cheese

10 - 1/4 pound provolone cheese

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir in shredded lettuce, sliced red onion, and banana peppers until evenly mixed.
02 - Layer salami, pepperoni, turkey, and provolone cheese inside each sub roll evenly.
03 - Preheat the oven broiler. Place sandwiches on a baking sheet and broil for 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese melts and begins to bubble.
04 - Remove sandwiches from the oven. Top each with tomato slices and generously spoon the prepared grinder salad over the top.
