In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir in shredded lettuce, sliced red onion, and banana peppers until evenly mixed.

Layer salami, pepperoni, turkey, and provolone cheese inside each sub roll evenly.

Preheat the oven broiler. Place sandwiches on a baking sheet and broil for 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese melts and begins to bubble.

Remove sandwiches from the oven. Top each with tomato slices and generously spoon the prepared grinder salad over the top.
