Kielbasa Skillet Dinner (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - Cooking spray
02 - 1/2 medium onion, chopped
03 - 1 package (454g) kielbasa sausage, sliced
04 - 3 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
05 - 1/2 head broccoli, cut into florets
06 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-low heat.
02 - Add onion to the skillet and cook until softened and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add kielbasa slices and cook until lightly browned, stirring occasionally, for approximately 5 minutes.
03 - Stir in potatoes and broccoli florets. Season with salt and pepper. Allow to cook undisturbed for about 15 minutes, until broccoli begins to soften.
04 - Stir well and continue cooking until all vegetables are completely tender, about 10-15 minutes more.

01 - Potato skin can be left on if preferred for added texture and nutrients.
02 - Feel free to customize with different vegetables depending on what you have available. Canned corn or peas work well as additions or substitutions for broccoli.
