Spicy Korean Gochujang Beef Noodles (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced

# How to Make It:

01 - Thinly slice the beef sirloin, mince the garlic, slice the onion and red bell pepper. Cook the noodles according to package instructions.
02 - In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef sirloin and cook until browned, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sliced onion, sauté until fragrant and softened. Add the sliced red bell pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
04 - In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, Gochujang, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
05 - Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet with the vegetables, stir to combine. Add the cooked beef sirloin back into the skillet, toss to coat everything in the sauce.
06 - Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, toss well to combine and coat the noodles in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
07 - Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve hot.
