01 - 1 lb baby potatoes

02 - 1/4 cup olive oil

07 - 1 tablespoon honey

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C).
02 - Cut slits into each potato, taking care not to slice all the way through.
03 - In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, honey, salt, and ground black pepper.
