Flavored with garlic butter and parmesan, this broccoli side brings steakhouse flair to your table.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Vegetables

01 - 1 pound broccoli, washed and cut into florets

→ Dairy

02 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
03 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

→ Seasoning

04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Bring 2 cups of water and 1/2 teaspoon salt to a boil in a large saucepan. Add broccoli florets and cook for 2 to 4 minutes until just tender.
02 - Drain the water from the pan and transfer broccoli to a bowl. Set aside.
03 - In the same saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes until aromatic.
04 - Return broccoli to the pan. Toss thoroughly to coat the florets with the garlic-infused butter.
05 - Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the broccoli and toss again. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
06 - Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot as an accompaniment to your main course.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For a firmer texture, reduce blanching time to 2 minutes; for softer broccoli, cook up to 4 minutes.
