Pour approximately ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet. Tilt and swirl the pan to spread the batter evenly. Cook for 2 minutes or until the edges lift and the underside is lightly golden. Flip carefully and cook another 1-2 minutes until golden on the second side.

Remove the crepe and place on a plate. Repeat this process with remaining batter, stacking crepes as you go.

On each crepe, spread mixed berries over half, then drizzle Nutella over the berries. Fold the crepe into quarters, drizzle additional Nutella on top, and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar if desired.
