Nutella Berry Crepes (Print-Friendly Version)

Tender French pancakes layered with Nutella and fresh berries, perfect for a sweet breakfast.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Batter

01 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - ½ cup whole milk
04 - ½ cup water
05 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
06 - ½ teaspoon salt

→ Filling and topping

07 - 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
08 - 1 cup Nutella hazelnut spread
09 - ½ tablespoon confectioners' sugar

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs until smooth. Add milk, water, melted butter, and salt; stir until fully combined.
02 - Transfer the mixture into a blender and blend on high for 1 minute until the batter is smooth and homogenous.
03 - Lightly grease a non-stick skillet and preheat it over medium heat.
04 - Pour approximately ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet. Tilt and swirl the pan to spread the batter evenly. Cook for 2 minutes or until the edges lift and the underside is lightly golden. Flip carefully and cook another 1-2 minutes until golden on the second side.
05 - Remove the crepe and place on a plate. Repeat this process with remaining batter, stacking crepes as you go.
06 - On each crepe, spread mixed berries over half, then drizzle Nutella over the berries. Fold the crepe into quarters, drizzle additional Nutella on top, and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar if desired.
07 - Serve immediately while warm for optimal flavor and texture.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Batter can be prepared up to 2 days in advance and stored in an airtight container refrigerated. To store cooked crepes, allow to cool, stack with plastic wrap, and refrigerate up to 3 days or freeze up to 1 month with parchment paper between layers.
02 - Reheat crepes gently in a microwave for 10-20 seconds or in a skillet over low heat to avoid tearing.
