One-Pan Baked Chicken (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - Cooking spray
02 - 1½ pounds chicken tenderloins
03 - 1 pound Yukon gold potatoes, cut into ½-inch cubes
04 - 1 (12-ounce) bag frozen cut green beans
05 - ½ cup melted butter

→ Seasonings

06 - ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
07 - ¾ teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1½ teaspoons dried oregano
09 - ¼ teaspoon dried basil
10 - ¾ teaspoon dried parsley
11 - Pinch dried thyme
12 - Pinch celery seeds
13 - 1¼ teaspoons kosher salt, or to taste
14 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper, or to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F.
02 - Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
03 - Arrange the chicken tenderloins in a single layer down the center of the baking dish (lengthwise).
04 - Arrange the potatoes evenly down one side of the dish and the green beans evenly down the other side, leaving the chicken in the middle exposed as much as possible.
05 - Pour the melted butter evenly over the chicken, potatoes and green beans.
06 - Combine all of the spices in a small bowl; sprinkle them evenly over the chicken, potatoes and green beans.
07 - Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
08 - Bake for 1 hour or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F) and the potatoes are tender.
09 - Serve immediately while hot.

# Handy Tips:

01 - Boneless, skinless chicken breasts can be used instead of tenderloins (cut them into strips similar to tenderloins).
02 - Boneless, skinless chicken thighs can also be used (adjust cooking time according to internal temperature).
03 - Any type of potatoes can be used. Yukon golds hold their shape well and have thin skins that don't require peeling.
04 - Fresh green beans (cut into 1-inch pieces) or drained canned green beans can substitute frozen beans.
05 - Instead of individual spices, you can use one (1-ounce) envelope of dry Italian salad dressing mix.
06 - Store leftovers, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in a 325°F oven (covered with foil) until heated through.
