08 - 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

→ Cheese (optional)

10 - 2 ounces grated Parmesan cheese

→ Liquids

11 - 4 cups boiling water

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large deep pan, add linguine, cherry tomatoes, baby spinach, sliced onion, garlic, and basil. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with crushed red pepper flakes and salt.
02 - Pour boiling water into the pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally with tongs, for 8 to 10 minutes until the liquid nearly evaporates and forms a sauce.
03 - Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese and additional fresh basil if desired. Serve immediately while warm.

# Extra Tips:

01 - To create a creamier sauce, substitute some water with milk. For gluten-free, use gluten-free pasta; omit Parmesan or replace with nutritional yeast for a vegan option. Store leftovers refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 4–5 days.
