Peanut Butter Banana Bread (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 3 ripe bananas, mashed
02 - 1/2 cup peanut butter
03 - 1/4 cup vegetable oil
04 - 1 egg
05 - 1/2 cup sugar
06 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
07 - 1 1/2 cups flour
08 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
09 - 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
11 - 1 cup peanut butter chips (or chocolate chips)

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease your loaf pan (8 x 4 inch) with shortening or non-stick cooking spray.
02 - In a bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt, set aside.
03 - In a separate large bowl stir together mashed bananas, peanut butter, oil, egg and both sugars until well combined.
04 - Pour dry ingredients into bowl with wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Batter will be lumpy (do not over-stir).
05 - Fold in peanut butter chips and spread batter into prepared pan.
06 - Bake for about 1 hour or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
07 - Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then loosen the edges of the pan with a knife and remove from loaf pan, transferring bread to a cooling rack.

# Handy Tips:

01 - You can also try 1/2 chocolate chips and 1/2 peanut butter chips for variety.
