Roasted Vegetable Pizza (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
04 - 120-240 ml marinara sauce
05 - 2 cups Sargento Sharp Shredded Cheese
06 - 1 large tomato, thinly sliced into halves

07 - 60 ml leeks, cut and cleaned
08 - 120 ml crimini mushrooms, sliced
09 - 120 ml cauliflower florets
10 - 1 small zucchini, sliced
11 - 120 ml bell peppers, thinly sliced (red and green)
12 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
13 - 1 teaspoon salt
14 - 1 teaspoon black pepper

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. In a large baking dish lined with foil, mix all vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20-25 minutes, until vegetables have cooked down and are turning golden brown.
02 - Roll out the pizza dough to approximately 30 cm in diameter and place on a round pizza stone or sheet pan. Brush olive oil all over the dough and sprinkle with oregano.
03 - Spread marinara sauce over the dough according to preference. Cover with shredded cheese, then top with the roasted vegetables. Arrange sliced tomatoes over the top.
04 - Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is completely melted.
