→ For Serving

18 - 2 to 3 pitas

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. In a large bowl, combine chicken breasts with brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, kosher salt, and olive oil. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated. Add lemon slices and mix again.
02 - Spread seasoned chicken and lemon slices in a single layer on a sheet pan. Roast for 15 minutes, then toss and continue roasting for an additional 4 to 7 minutes, until the chicken is caramelized and cooked through.
03 - In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, dill, parsley, chives, lemon juice, olive oil, and a pinch of kosher salt. Fold in the shredded green cabbage until well mixed. Let the slaw rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
04 - Gently warm pitas until soft. Fill each pita with herby ranch slaw, roasted chicken pieces, and avocado cubes. Serve immediately while warm.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For enhanced juiciness, substitute chicken breasts with boneless chicken thighs if preferred.
02 - Plain yogurt can be replaced with a non-dairy alternative such as coconut yogurt for a dairy-free option.
03 - Store leftovers separately; the chicken and slaw remain fresh in airtight containers for up to three days.
