09 - 2 cups chicken or beef broth
10 - 1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
11 - 1 tsp soy sauce
12 - 1 tsp rice vinegar
13 - 1 tsp sesame oil
14 - Salt to taste

→ Creamy Sauce

15 - 3 tbsp mayonnaise (preferably Kewpie)
16 - 1 tbsp sriracha or Korean chili sauce
17 - 1 tsp sesame oil
18 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
19 - Pinch of sugar (optional)

→ Garnish

20 - 2 tbsp chopped green onions
21 - 1 tsp toasted black sesame seeds
22 - Optional: extra chili oil or gochugaru

# How to Make It:

01 - In a bowl, combine soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, and ground black pepper. Add steak and marinate for 30 minutes or refrigerate overnight for enhanced flavor.
02 - Whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic powder, and optional sugar in a small bowl until smooth. Chill until ready to serve.
03 - In a pot, bring chicken or beef broth to a simmer. Stir in gochugaru, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and salt. Add ramen noodles and cook until al dente, approximately 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
04 - Preheat a grill pan or skillet over high heat. Sear marinated beef for 2 to 3 minutes per side until caramelized. Let rest briefly, then slice thinly against the grain.
05 - Divide noodles and broth into serving bowls. Top with creamy sauce, grilled beef slices, chopped green onions, toasted black sesame seeds, and optional extra chili oil or gochugaru for added spice.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Marinating beef overnight intensifies flavor. Adjust spiciness by modifying gochugaru or sriracha quantities. Choice of broth (chicken or beef) can be tailored to preference.
