12 - 450g ground turkey

→ Optional Garnishes

13 - Sliced green onions

15 - Sesame seeds

# How to Make It:

01 - In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, grated garlic, grated ginger, cornstarch, water, and chili garlic sauce. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
02 - Dice the onion. Slice the zucchini into rounds, then cut the rounds into quarters.
03 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the cooking oil. Once hot, add the diced onion and zucchini. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until onion becomes translucent and zucchini is lightly browned. Remove vegetables to a separate plate.
04 - In the same skillet, add the ground turkey. Crumble and cook until thoroughly browned.
05 - Return the sautéed vegetables to the skillet with the browned turkey. Stir the sauce once more, then pour it over the vegetable and turkey mixture. Stir everything together and simmer for 2 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken and coat the ingredients.
06 - Remove skillet from heat. Serve hot, garnished with optional green onions, red pepper flakes, and sesame seeds. May be served over cooked rice if desired.

# Handy Tips:

01 - This quick skillet meal is budget-friendly and perfect for meal prep or busy weeknights.
