# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Wrappers

01 - 12 egg roll wrappers, 7 inches each

→ Meat

02 - 12 slices thinly sliced honey ham

→ Cheese

03 - 12 mozzarella sticks (string cheese)

→ Seasoning & Oil

04 - Olive oil, as needed for brushing
05 - Garlic salt, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Set the oven temperature to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Lay an egg roll wrapper flat in a diamond orientation. Place one slice of honey ham in the center, then position a mozzarella stick in the middle of the ham. Fold the wrapper sides over the cheese and roll tightly into an egg roll shape. Place the assembled stick seam-side down on the baking sheet.
03 - Lightly brush each assembled stick with olive oil and sprinkle garlic salt according to preference.
04 - Bake the sticks for 12 to 15 minutes until the wrappers begin to brown, checking near the end to avoid burning due to oven variations.
05 - Remove the baking sheet, carefully flip each stick, and return to the oven for an additional 4 to 5 minutes until evenly browned.
06 - Remove from oven and serve warm, optionally paired with a dipping sauce of choice.
