Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium-high heat to approximately 175°C (350°F).

Brown the sausage on the grill. Add vegetables and sauté until soft and tender, about 5-6 minutes. Heat pepperoni slices for 30 seconds on each side.

Spread approximately 1/3 cup pizza sauce on each crust. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese followed by the cooked sausage, pepperoni, and sautéed vegetables.

Carefully slide the prepared pizzas onto the grill. Cover and cook for 6-12 minutes until the crust bottom is golden brown and cheese has melted completely.

Remove pizzas from the grill. Allow to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
