Blackstone Pizza (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Pizza Base

01 - 2 pre-made 12" pizza crusts
02 - 2/3 cup pizza sauce

→ Cheese

03 - 225g mozzarella cheese, shredded

→ Toppings

04 - 20 slices pepperoni
05 - 225g sausage
06 - 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
07 - 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
08 - 1/2 green bell pepper, diced

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium-high heat to approximately 175°C (350°F).
02 - Brown the sausage on the grill. Add vegetables and sauté until soft and tender, about 5-6 minutes. Heat pepperoni slices for 30 seconds on each side.
03 - Spread approximately 1/3 cup pizza sauce on each crust. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese followed by the cooked sausage, pepperoni, and sautéed vegetables.
04 - Carefully slide the prepared pizzas onto the grill. Cover and cook for 6-12 minutes until the crust bottom is golden brown and cheese has melted completely.
05 - Remove pizzas from the grill. Allow to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
