# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 pound chicken breast, cut into small pieces
02 - 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
03 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 1 medium sweet potato, peeled and diced
05 - ½ cup chicken broth or water
06 - ½ pound fresh asparagus, cut diagonally into 1-2 inch pieces

# How to Make It:

01 - Cut the chicken into small pieces and season with salt and pepper.
