12 - Oil for frying

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large bowl, combine ground pork (or chicken), shredded carrots, chopped green beans, chopped onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, black pepper, salt, sesame oil, and cilantro (if using). Mix thoroughly until well combined.
02 - Lay a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing towards you (diamond shape). Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling near the corner closest to you. Fold the corner over the filling, tuck, and roll tightly halfway. Fold the left and right corners inwards to create an envelope shape, then continue rolling until sealed. Use a little water to seal the tip if needed. Repeat for the remaining filling and wrappers.
03 - Heat about 5 cm of oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Carefully add the lumpia in batches (avoid overcrowding) and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to remove the lumpia from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
04 - Enjoy hot with a side of sweet chili sauce or vinegar dip for extra flavor.

# Handy Tips:

01 - Filipino lumpia is a traditional appetizer similar to spring rolls, known for its crispy exterior and savory filling.
02 - For best results, don't overfill the wrappers and roll them tightly to prevent oil seepage during frying.
