13 - 2 teaspoons cornstarch

→ Bang Bang Sauce

14 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
15 - 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
16 - 1/2 tablespoon sriracha
17 - 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
18 - 2 teaspoons honey

→ Rice Bowl Components

19 - 2 cups cooked rice
20 - 1/2 cup shredded carrots
21 - 1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
22 - 1/2 cup shelled edamame
23 - 1/4 cup pickled onions
24 - 1/2 avocado, sliced
25 - 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
26 - 2 green onions, thinly sliced
27 - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

# How to Make It:

01 - In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and honey. Whisk thoroughly until smooth and uniform. Adjust seasoning with additional sriracha or honey if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
02 - Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and break into small pieces as it cooks. Continue cooking for approximately 5 minutes, until turkey is evenly browned and cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F.
03 - Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in garlic, grated ginger, smoked paprika, onion powder, soy sauce, sriracha, chicken broth, honey, black pepper, and sea salt. Allow the mixture to simmer for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
04 - Sprinkle cornstarch evenly over the turkey mixture and stir well to combine. Continue to cook for 1–2 minutes, until the sauce thickens. Optionally, mix in 2 tablespoons of bang bang sauce for additional flavor.
05 - Divide cooked rice evenly among serving bowls. Top with seasoned ground turkey, shredded carrots, cucumber slices, edamame, pickled onions, avocado, cabbage, and green onion. Drizzle generously with bang bang sauce and garnish with sesame seeds.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For optimal texture, store rice, ground turkey, and sauce separately and assemble fresh when ready to eat. Refrigerate leftovers in airtight containers for up to 4 days.
02 - If the turkey mixture becomes too dry during storage, add a splash of broth or soy sauce to restore moisture when reheating.
03 - The turkey mixture freezes well; store in freezer-safe bags for up to 3 months.
