Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place flour in a shallow dish for dredging.

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and minced garlic until well combined.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Coat chicken in flour and place directly into hot skillet. Cook undisturbed until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Flip and brown the other side for approximately 5 minutes.

Pour sauce into skillet and gently shake to distribute throughout the pan. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 3 minutes. Flip chicken, coating pieces in sauce. Continue cooking for 3-4 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and sauce has thickened. Add a splash of water if sauce becomes too thick.

Transfer chicken to serving plates, spooning additional sauce over top. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
